Privacy Policy

Short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, mobile number, the service you selected, an approximate user count, and your message. When you create an account or place an order we also store your billing details, CR and VAT numbers, and your order history. We do not ask for and do not want financial data, national identity numbers, or any personal data about your employees or customers.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil your orders and invoice them. We do not sell contact details, we do not share them with other companies, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Payment data

We never store card numbers on our servers. Online payments are processed by Moyasar, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We receive only the transaction status and the card's last four digits and brand, for accounting reconciliation.

Where it is stored

Data is held in the website database and, where the Odoo bridge is enabled, created as a lead in our own Odoo CRM. Access is limited to the CoreX team members who handle enquiries. We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and delete inactive enquiries on request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies required to run your login session, remember your language choice and hold your cart. We set no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated before they are switched on.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the office location is shown through an embedded Google Map, payments run through Moyasar, and we may use a live-chat service; all receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files. WhatsApp and social links take you to those companies' own platforms, governed by their policies rather than ours.

Client project data

Data inside an ERP we implement belongs to the client, not to CoreX. Access during a project is granted by you, limited to the consultants working on it, and revoked at handover. Confidentiality terms are set in the project agreement, not in this page.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We act on these requests within thirty days.
