There is no practical difference. Odoo's official term is "Official Partner"; in the Saudi market the Arabic word for "agent" is commonly used. Both refer to a company licensed by Odoo to sell, implement and support the system in the Kingdom.

How much does an Odoo implementation cost in Saudi Arabia?
